1. Payment & Pricing

1.1 One-Time Payment Structure

The ASP Elite Business System is offered at a one-time payment of $9,999.99 USD. This is NOT a subscription or recurring payment. Once purchased, there are no additional monthly or annual charges unless you voluntarily opt into additional services.

1.2 No Hidden Fees

The $9,999.99 payment includes access to all 12 integrated business systems. There are no setup fees, activation fees, or hidden charges included in the base price.

1.3 Credit System Additional Costs

IMPORTANT: The Credit System component included in the ASP Elite Business System may involve additional costs depending on your specific credit profile and the level of work required. After your purchase and initial consultation, ASP Worldwide Corp will conduct a personalized credit evaluation. This evaluation may reveal that additional services, steps, or fees are necessary to achieve your credit goals. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon separately before proceeding with additional work.

1.4 Payment Methods

Payments are accepted through:

• PayPal (secure payment processing)
• Direct bank transfer or other methods upon request

1.5 Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This means:

• Once you gain access to the system, onboarding materials, or receive any services, the payment is final
• If you request a refund before accessing any services, ASP Worldwide Corp may consider requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds related to the Credit System are subject to the terms outlined in Section 3 below

After purchase, you will receive:

2.3 Account Access

Your account access is non-transferable and for your personal use only. Sharing access credentials with others is prohibited. ASP Worldwide Corp reserves the right to suspend access if account is used in violation of these terms.

3. Credit System Disclaimer & Additional Costs

The Credit System is included in your purchase, but ASP Worldwide Corp requires a personalized credit evaluation to determine your specific needs and any associated additional costs.

3.2 Potential Additional Costs

Additional costs may apply for:

3.3 Transparent Communication

ASP Worldwide Corp will clearly communicate any additional costs before proceeding with additional services. You will not be charged for additional credit services without your explicit agreement and understanding of costs.

Credit building is not guaranteed. Results depend on various factors including your credit history, payment behavior, and individual circumstances. ASP Worldwide Corp will provide guidance and support, but cannot guarantee specific credit score improvements or approval for credit products.

5. Client Responsibilities

ASP Worldwide Corp reserves the right to modify or update the ASP Elite Business System at any time. Core access to the 12 systems will be maintained, but specific features, materials, or methods may be updated.

8.2 Account Termination

ASP Worldwide Corp reserves the right to terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
• You share access credentials with others
• You violate intellectual property rights

Termination for cause will result in loss of access with no refund issued.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your purchase shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration if mediation fails (not litigation)

You agree to submit to arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.
